"Dear ABC, When we do Investment we do that with cash (our own + funds from public) which we don't need for next 3 years, and once we put that into multibaggers (HBJ Capital has reputation of findings stocks with potential to deliver 10 times returns in 3 years), we never mind whether stock goes up or down in next few months.....after all commitments are for 3 years not 2/3 months......we get married to the stocks and it is an agreement that we will not break away for next 3 years at least, and you know after marriage there can be ups and downs so it doesn't means that your spouse or you are not meant for each other? We are here in the market for next 30-40 years not just 2-3 months to make quick money, I have seen people coming in the market with cash they don't need for just 6 months and they feel market will make double their investment in 6 months as if market knows you!!!
So when we invest we give enough time to the company to prove itself and also to the market to value that company, if you want lots of fruits from a mango siblings the you will have to wait for longer time, it is like a pregnant lady delivering a kid, those who comes in the market for making quick money want that lady to deliver the kid in 2-3 months, is it possible, not at all....
So who lost money during the crash....it is the traders or investors with small timeframe who lost the money, a true investor never loose their money, and yes we have not lost any cash (loss is notional or us not real) infact we are buying in this discount sale!!!!!"
People who doesn't understand market or those who don't know the rule of market should either seek our help or avoid investing directly. Coming back to real estate returns from rent.......
Assume you buy a house for 30 lakhs in Bangalore and
- Put that house for rent may be you will get 7-8K per month i.e 96K per year which is 3.2% of 30 lakhs.
- If you put the same 30 lakhs in bank FD @ 9% rate then you will get 2.7 lakhs per year or 22.5K per month.
- It proves that putting money in bank FD is at least better then buying a house for rent. There is other option available too.....
Invest with HBJ Capital and get 20% fixed returns per year, we can bet noboday in India can claim this type of returns.
