Public Equity Research - HBJ Capital has been the leader in identifying Multibagger stocks and is even touted as the "Multibagger people".

The way in which we see stocks and analyze them is entirely different. We follow a highly innovative and unconventional manner of doing research and this has been one of the key differentiators in the type of service that we provide. Frankly speaking, this unconventional manner has helped us to come out with some of the best investing opportunities and to be far ahead of the rest.

We have been receiving mails from applicants asking us how many sectors we cover and in what sector he/she will be working. And to most of you with similar questions, let me tell you that we do not have any sector based research desk, that every other guys follow. Opportunity is always a opportunity and there is no black and white among them.

Passion towards equity research, talent, integrity, commitment and a flavor of Entrepreneurship.

Future roles ?

While Equity research desk is the place where you would start, there will be bigger and better roles in line for you. Opportunities at HBJ Capital are immense and that includes Institutional research, Asset Management and Investment banking.

Based on performance, eligible associates will be moved into Asset management and Investment banking services, after 6 months of association.

Experience and Educational Qualification -Does not matter, but Financial backgrounds might be preferred.

Remunerations - A convincing monthly payout and upon successful probation, % share of your revenues.
